I know everybody hates the Goliath Chronicles, including Greg Weisman, but when Elisa found out that Angela and Bronx were going to be charged with conspiracy and terrorism, Elisa knew they were going to be sentenced to death if they were convicted.

I don't know if they would be sentenced to death, after all Margot Yale Claims that she wanted any Gargoyles kept alive to to taken to a facility to be studied, so if conviction, their sentence probably would just be Life in capitivity
Plus, New York does'nt really put anyone to death So much anymore due to political debates and arguments of the matter, so I heard!
