Meanwhile, somewhere on one of the may roof tops in a city, and after receiving a mysterious package, a certain woman was trying out the new gear it came with. And While her long dark blonde hair could be seen flowing, the woman was entirely clad in a black body suit with a royal blue short dress over it and black gloves and boots and a black head mask that masked her ice blue eyes, and with this she was wearing some pieces of Robotic Armor which consisted of Gold robotic gauntlets for her entire Forearms and calves, and a gold bodice armor with purple shoulder guards and a purple robotic pack on her back, a purple gauntlet like belt with a gold belt buckle, and a purple helmet with Gold pieces that resembled the shape of Gargoyles Ears and a gold tiara piece that resembled the one worn by Goliath's Ex Mate, only it did'nt have horns. And after experimenting and practicing with her new gear, the Woman could now begin her search for her "Clients" in hopes of meeting them

"Has Broadway or Angela tried talking to Brooklyn?"

"I don't think they're aware of Brooklyn's feelings for Angela, and I do not wish to betray Brooklyn's trust by telling them. But I do wish they were not so blind to their friend's pain."

"I agree. Brooklyn must be feeling worse tonight because Xanatos is back."

"Brooklyn's loneliness is making it harder for him to deal with his suspicions of Xanatos, he misses Hudson and Lexington, and is afraid for their safety, but there is nothing he can do about it, and his pain over Broadway and Angela is keeping him from turning to them for support."

"At least you and I can help by letting Brooklyn know he has our support."
Elisa touched Goliath's shoulder and he put his arms around her.

"What is the GTF doing about the Quarrymen?"

"They are trying to convince the public not to follow their example, that they have hurt innocent people and vandalized property, but the best they have managed to do so far is not allow the Quarrymen to become legal. But I don't know how long the battle will last."

"As long as the public continues to hear horrific stories about gargoyles, they will not move to stop the Quarrymen. They have to be convinced gargoyles are not a threat to their safety."

"I have been thinking of going back to protecting the city for some time, especially after Halloween."

"I'm worried, Goliath."

"Revealing ourselves to humans has always been risky, but the public can't get to know us if we continue to hide."

"I have to admit you can't hide forever."

"I also believe going out will do Brooklyn some good as well. I do not plan to make the decision rashly. Only Brooklyn and I will go out tonight. Not only for Brooklyn's sake, but also because we want to lay low so the Quarrymen won't spot us."

And Yale May Claim To Sympathize the Quarrymens "Fears And Concerns", But Lucky For us She Does'nt think that Immediate Extermination of you is Necessary and She Doesn't Approve of The Quarrymen Taking the Law in their own hands, so she Claims! And At this point the only Hope you guys have is in That New Lawyer Girl who has Just Appointed herself as Your Defense Attorney! Though I don't think that She'll have as much luck convincing the public like Matt!


And sure enough, after watching on Night Watch alot of People were thinking certain things

At the D.A's Office,

Margot: *to her husband as they were leaving* Hmph, She's as CRAZY as Mr. Macduff! The Only thing that Hark Woman is going to get out of this is ALOT of People Including the Quarrymen Mad!

"I'm fine."

"I spoke to Elisa. It's time to consider protecting the city again."

"I agree. Demona and Thailog are still out there."

"This is a dangerous decision. I want us to patrol the city and examine our options before returning to protect the city on a regular basis."

"Will we all go?"

"No. Just the two of us."

Meanwhile, In the very Head Quarters of the Quarrymen, John Castaway was holding another group meeting


Castaway: And There fore, For all of us "Active" Members, I again Strongly Advise you to Be Careful And Try NOT to Get Caught! *clearly Annoyed* Yale has Made it VERY Clear to us that While we may have her Sypmathy She WILL Prosecute Us if We Break the Law! So Obviously We Can't Push our Luck any further! And Now we come to the Last Subject to this meeting! The Subject being on how we're to Deal With "TRAITORS To Humanity", and yes this is about that News about This Ms. Jeana Hark! The Gargoyles Defense Attorney!

Goliath and Brooklyn run into Broadway getting off the elevator.

"I'm planning a French dinner for Angela," Broadway showed Goliath the cook book. "Escargot. I like it, it sounds fancy."

"It means snails."

Broadway shut the book in shock. "What else do the French eat?"

"Frog legs, calf brains, and goose liver."

Broadway was appalled. "Then why are the humans saying French food is the best?"

"Broadway, why the sudden interest in French food?"

"I plan to ask Angela to be my mate tonight." Brooklyn felt like Broadway had just given him a kick in the stomach, but he put on a brave face. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Brooklyn wasn't going to lie by saying he hoped Angela would say yes.

Goliath was torn between protecting Angela, sympathizing for Brooklyn and being happy for Broadway. Broadway showed them a ridiculous looking dress. "Do you think Angela will like this for the big night?"

Brooklyn forced a laugh, "Is it for Angela to wear or for you?" Broadway took the comment to mean the dress needed more work.

Goliath tried to keep Broadway's attention on himself so Broadway wouldn't notice how Brooklyn was taking in the news. This bought Brooklyn a moment to take in the blow. Goliath spared Brooklyn a pitying look, before quickly asking," Isn't it too soon to propose to Angela?"

"Can you stay at Elisa's or the Labyrinth?"

"We are going out on patrol." Goliath decided they'd take Bronx to give Broadway and Angela privacy.

"I'm a bit worried. You're risking your lives going out."

"We will have to face the world outside again sooner or later."

Broadway quickly hid the moo moo when he heard Angela coming. When she showed up, Bronx was with her. "Brooklyn and I are leaving for patrol. We want to examine the option of defending the city again."

Angela was happy to hear Goliath was considering defending the city, though she was also a little worried.

"Please be careful?"

Brooklyn avoided looking at Angela, though because he and Goliath were about to leave and Angela was distracted by Goliath's news, she didn't notice.

Goliath called Bronx over and lifted him as they left. Broadway understood they were taking Bronx so he and Angela could be alone and left to work on the "dress" a little more. Brooklyn turned away from Goliath to stare at the wall, trying to hide his pain. Goliath put his arm around Brooklyn, and Brooklyn let Goliath lead him without looking at him.

"Meet me on the battlements in an hour?"

Back at the HQ of the Quarrymen

Quarrymen member: *standing up Angrily at the mention of the news* Yeah, How DARE That Wretch Say WE'RE Wrong!

many other members agreed, making shouts about How they'd Like to Beat Jean to DEATH with their Hammers, and other such things with and without Curse words

Castaway: Yes I Know, but Do try to calm yourselves here! And Do Remember what I said before! And along with that Do Remember that While Killing the Gargoyles May Not Be a Crime, Killing HUMANS Still Is! Even If it would Soot People with the Same thoughts as Hark!

Sarah Greene: *abit concerned* Mr. Castaway, Will All Due Respect, and if there's Anyone who does think that The Gargoyles are Monsters and that they must be destroyed it's Truly Me! But People Do Have the Right to Disagree with Us!

An hour later; Castle Wyvern

Broadway had prepared a dinner table with a fancy white table cloth, a vase with flowers and a bread basket. He also hung posters of Paris, Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. When Angela showed up, he put on some music on a stereo. Broadway pulled back a chair for her. Angela was impressed by the setting. "This is the first time we've had the castle to ourselves since we became a couple, and I wanted to do something special."

Broadway presented the moo moo to Angela. He had decided to add a collar and a bow to make it look more feminine. Angela unwrapped it and held it to herself. It looked ridiculous. It was two sizes too big. Angela took it off. "The dress could use a few alterations."

"Alterations? It needs a makeover."

Angela heard a helicopter approaching, distracting her from her date with Broadway. Broadway was disappointed his evening with Angela was being interrupted, and the rain made him feel worse. There was no chance of continuing the date outside now.

Broadway caught up to Angela when she spotted the helicopter. It was facing the castle. The search light momentarily blinded them, so they didn't see who was in the helicopter. Angela got suspicious. But before Broadway could say anything, it started to fire at him and Angela, narrowly missing them and hitting the dinner table, knocking it over. The automatic cannons activated.

"Quarrymen! Get into the air!"

Angela dropped the moo moo in her haste to escape.

Broadway and Angela had to dodge both the Quarrymen and Xanatos's guns, one of them was nearly hit. Broadway was thrown off course, but managed to get back on track and glided straight again. Angela glided his way to make sure he was alright. Broadway yelled to her, "If the Quarrymen don't get us, Xanatos will!"

"We need to get away from the castle!"

but as they did, Quarrymen on Jet packs chased after them through the city

Meanwhile, after hearing the Commotion on a rooftop she was on, Jeana heard the commotion, Saw Angela and Broadway glide by, followed by Quarrymen

Jeana: Looks like It's time for me to step in!

So Jeana as quick as she could leapt from roof top to Roof top, thanks to certain gadgets she now had

Central Park;

A young man was walking alone through a darkened part of the park. He was suddenly confronted by a mugger aiming a nine millimeter hand gun at him. The man reached for his wallet just as a rustling sound in the bushes was heard. Bronx jumped out and attacked the mugger, growling and pinning him to the ground. Two more gargoyles caught up. Goliath took the gun and smashed it. While Brooklyn used a piece of the park's bench to bind him. Not surprisingly, the victim ran away as soon as he was free. The gargoyles were used to this but they didn't like it.

"Nice to know we're as appreciated as ever," Brooklyn said sarcastically. The rain started to come down like cats and dogs. Goliath and Brooklyn left the mugger for the police.

Goliath gestured for Brooklyn and Bronx to follow him to a nearby bridge.

Once under the bridge, Goliath and Brooklyn folded their wings over their bodies and Bronx shook the water off his back. "We'll have to head back soon," Brooklyn pointed out, his arms crossed around himself, like he's shielding himself from the cold. Though in reality, he's tied up in knots.

Goliath puts his arms around Brooklyn's shoulder to comfort him, deciding to break the ice and turn the talk to what's really bothering him.

"I know you're dreading going home, but we have to go back."

"Do you think Broadway and Angela are done with their dinner already?"

"I don't know."

Brooklyn realized Goliath knew what was bothering him and dropped the act. "I'll have to face Broadway and Angela sooner or later."

This made it easier for Goliath to say something comforting. "I'm willing to let you leave the clan to find a mate if that will help ease your pain."
Brooklyn appreciates the support but he's not cheered by this. "I don't believe I'll have a chance in the near future."

"This night is extra hard for you because Broadway chose the night of Xanatos's return to propose to Angela."

Brooklyn tenses. He did not want to discuss Xanatos again. His behavior told Goliath it was time to end the talk. "Let's go home."

But as they were up in the Sky , Broadway and Angela ended up crashing into them, and they all eventually ended up falling in a fortunately empty Ally

Broadway: *as he was helping Angela then Brooklyn up* Goliath! The Quarrymen Found Angela and Me! And They're Attacking

And not to far away and hidden on an edge of a building was Jeana, Amazed as she finally found her Clients, but then the Quarrymen landed and got out their Hammers and guns, and that's where Jeana decided to get ready to make a Move and made a Purple and gold robotic shield come out of one of her gauntlets

Elisa and Matt were patrolling nearby in Elisa's car. Chavez called for Matt and Elisa to search the area. Matt was head of the GTF in addition to the warehouse being on his and Elisa's route.

Elisa told Matt, "Goliath and Brooklyn left on patrol tonight. The gargoyles witnesses saw might have been them and they could be in trouble."

Matt: Then we better find them before the Rest of the Squad or the Quarrymen do!


Back in the Ally, the Gargoyles eyes glowed as they prepared to battle the Quarrymen surrounding them, but they and everyone was surprised when a robotic shield flew in like a frisby and knocked the gun out of the Quarrymen's hands, then from above a steel cable connected to a grappling hook shot out and attached onto something, and Finally Jeana herself came swinging down from the cable attached from her robotic gauntlet, and as she came down, the grappling hook released and zoomed back into her gauntlet, and she landed in a battle posing position between the Gargoyles and the Quarrymen, catching her shield in the Process

Now that Broadway and Angela were inside the meat locker, they needed a plan.

"We can take advantage of the meat pieces and the darkness here to slip past them."

"The meat is not large enough to hide us both."

"Then we split up, and hopefully the Quarrymen will split up as well when they search. It will make it easier to get past them."

Broadway didn't like the idea of being separated from Angela, but he agreed. He started to move away and stopped. The Quarrymen were heading in the direction that Angela had taken. Rather than attract one in the opposite direction like they had originally planned, Broadway decided to follow them to make sure they weren't going to find Angela.

"Split up," Castaway was saying to his companion. But Broadway paid no attention to him. The low light conditions of the meat locker gave him just enough cover to keep tabs on them without being seen. They were getting too close to Angela.

Broadway had shown himself too soon for them to escape. Angela saw it, and for a split second, was annoyed with him (more out of fear for his safety than anything else). Not that it mattered. He couldn't glide on his injured wing anyway. The other Quarryman fired his gun and narrowly missed Broadway.

Broadway headed for Castaway to attack him next, but Castaway was ready for him. Before Broadway could reach Castaway, Angela knocked him off his feet with her tail, and he dropped his gun. But she didn't destroy it. She was too busy pinning his arms to the floor to keep him from using his hammer on her. Broadway pulled Castaway from underneath Angela, trying to take him out himself. But the moment Castaway was free from Angela's grasp, he was able to reach his hammer. Castaway hit Broadway in a haste. Broadway lost his balance and fell onto the meat racks. As Angela went to help him, her back was turned to her attacker so she did not see Castaway picking his gun up. Castaway was too blood thirsty and weak to fight smart once he had the gargoyles in his line of fire and he wasn't willing to resist killing them if he could. But the second Quarryman was smarter. If the camera caught them shooting at the cops in the heat of their battle with the gargoyles, they could make it look like an accident and he'd have the proof he needed to expose Maza and Bluestone's friendship with the gargoyles and discredit the GTF. But the second Quarryman failed to notice the meat on the floor.

Castaway shot Angela, hitting her leg. Broadway charged at him in a rage, eyes blazing bright white.

Then after getting punched by Broadway, Castaway's communicator went off

Quarrymen: Boss, Are You There? We got Trouble back out here in the Ally! A Woman in A Mask is Attacking Us And is helping the Gargoyles!-

then before he could answer further, the doors to the meat locker burst open and the last 2 Quarrymen were thrown on top of Castaway and in came Goliath, Brooklyn, Bronx, and the said Woman in the Mask/Jeana

and just as the last Quarrymen was about to do something, Jeana threw her shield at him, knocking his gun out of his hand, and she caught the shield again

Angela: *surprised by the woman as Broadway was trying to help her up) Oh My!....

Brooklyn: *to Jeana* Not that we don't appreciate the help, but Who ARE You?!

Jeana: An Allie!

Castaway: *to the rest of the Quarrymen as he got up* Quick! you fools! Get the Gargoyles! AND The Masked Woman!
