"Welcome home, Mr. Xanatos," Owen greeted as Xanatos stepped off his private jet.
"How much do the gargoyles suspect my actions in Britain?" Xanatos did not think they knew anything about him switching the Stone, or that they even cared, but he was more worried about how they would react to him sending his robots to attack Hudson and Lexington. "Have the gargoyles heard anything?"
"MacBeth has just returned from Britain and arranged a meeting with the gargoyles at sunset," Owen told him.
"Have any new candidates applied for the jobs I offered?" Xanatos asked.
"I have heard from several. But it is difficult to find people who can be trusted with the gargoyles," Owen replied.

Then as Owen was Driving Xanatos home in the limo and after turning on the TV that was in the Limo, the earliest Edition of Night Watch came on
Travis:*on the TV* Hello Im Travis Marshall! And joining me now on the Latest News about Gargoyles is a Woman who claims to have been Saved by the Gargoyles and has now appointed herself as The Gargoyles "Defense Attorney"! Ms. Jeana Hark! Ms. Hark, thank you for agreeing to meet with us!
the tv then showed Marshall shaking hand with a young woman around 24 years of age with long dark blonde hair and ice blue eyes, wearing a teal blue suit skirt and jacket over a pale pink blouse and black heels and small gold earings
Jeana: My Pleasure Marshall! And Please, Call me Jeana!

Owen led MacBeth to where the gargoyles slept, to wait for Goliath to wake up. MacBeth looked ahead to the horizon, and the sun set. Although Goliath was completely healed by now, they were still pretty shaken from Thailog's attack on the castle two and a half weeks ago.
"The stone is back in Scotland."
"Yes, we have been following its return on the news."
"I want to thank you for loaning me your charges."
"Are Hudson and Lexington safe?" ColdStone and ColdFire had asked MacBeth not to tell Goliath they were joining the clan, since they weren't sure they were going to stay.
"I sent them off to stay with Griff and his clan a few days ago." Goliath was a bit relieved to hear this. He was a friend of Griff's and he'd met King Arthur. If they were around, Hudson and Lexington were probably safer in Britain than in Manhattan. But the uncertainty still bothered him.

Meanwhile, the Xanatos family, and the rest of the clan were watching the rest of the interview with this new Gargoyles Defense Attorney, the news itself was being watched all over manhattan
Travis: Tell Us Jeana, What makes you want to Defend the Gargoyles in this manner?
Jeana: Because Mr. Marshall! The Gargoyles Saved My Life, and This is my way of thanking them! And with this experience I can Tell you that EVERYTHING that Castaway is Telling His Quarrymen and Everything that the A.D.A said about The Gargoyles Is Wrong! After All, saving a Life Does Not Sound like something a Monster would do now is it?

Meanwhile, Owen just recieved a Message that appeared to be very critical, for a section in the Robotics Department that Belonged to Xanatos had just been Broken into, and some thing was Stolen and whoever it was left a note that was intended for Xanatos, and Owen headed to give the News to Xanatos himself

Travis: Do you have any concerns of what People who agree with the Quarrymen or even the Quarrymen themselves might say to you or Even how they'll approach you?
Jeana: Yes, I'm well aware of all the Public risks Im taking with this, and I know that they and many other people are going to say Ugly things about me! But These are Risks I'm Willing to take! If I can Prove that the Gargoyles Are Good, Noble, Innocent Beings, I Could Care LESS if Even the ENTIRE City Hates Me or thinks Im Crazy! I am Very Willing to Face Being Rediculed by Yale, And the Harrassment of Angry Mobs, and Even the Wrath of the Quarrymen themselves! There's Nothing they can say or do that's gonnah Stop Me!

Owen: Sir, I just received News that a section of One of Your Robotics Departments was Just Broken into!
Xanatos: Was anything Stolen?
Owen: Remember that Prototype for planned Battle armor for Females that you Never finished and Abandoned? It's completely Gone!
Xanatos: Odd, especially since I can't think of Anyone who'd want it!
Owen: And that's not all sir, whoever stole it left this note for you personally!
Owen then got out the note and handed it to Xanatos

Owen: Do you suppose the Illuminati found out about the stone?
Xanatos: I Don't think so! If they did, I Doubt they would punish me by breaking into one of my facilities and taking a project I never finished!

Angela agreed but said," Xanatos owes us for saving his son, it would take more than losing the stone to stop him from being grateful for that."
"Yeah, but for how long is he going to be grateful enough to let us foil his plans in peace?" Brooklyn answered.
"Xanatos never wanted us dead, even before our truce," Broadway threw in.
"That's his story. His actions say otherwise."
"I agree with Brooklyn."
"I know we cannot push our luck with Xanatos, but that is exactly why I do not wish to confront him about Hudson and Lexington. Not without proof he has harmed them. For the time being, Xanatos is the reason we have our home and protection from the Quarrymen, starting an unnecessary fight with him is too dangerous."
"In other words, he owns us."
"It is only temporary, and when we hear from Hudson and Lexington, we will re examine our options."

The others started to scatter. Broadway noticed Angela was giving Brooklyn a pitying look.
"You want to join us for breakfast?"
"I'm not hungry," Brooklyn said.
Broadway and Angela left. Brooklyn watched them for a moment before leaving.
